Cabin  Studios Recording Studios Polices: All sessions are to have  a 50% deposit of the total time booked one business week before the session date  or dates. Bookings with no deposit are not final and are subject to availability  of studio and a 50% deposit will be require at the beginning of such session and  Cabin Studios has the  right to over book such session with out notice to  client. All studio bookings require a two-day  (48Hrs) cancellation notice.  A notice of intent to cancel before session date,  if no notice is received  48hrs. before the session date, then the client is  responsible for the cost of half the studio time booked. If client cancels on  the date of the booking (session) then the client is responsible for the total  hours booked for that session.  The client is responsible for 50% of the booked  time irrespective of the clients failure to arrive late (charged from session  start up time), or in the event the client must leave early or if the session  ends earlier than the total time booked based on the time used up to 50% of the  time booked. Material will be paid for in full at the  end of each session booked if any material is required for said  session. No material will be released to client and  will be the sole property of Cabin Studios until all accounts are paid in full  and if paid by check the said check has cleared. Client assumes all risks associated with  storing on or off premises of Cabin Studios or Cabin Studios use of , any and  all, sound recording digital data, analog data, in any media or storage format  including but not limited to audio, sempte, midi, or other file types or any  kind or nature or shall hold Cabin Studios responsible or harmless from any and  all damage that might occur to said articles for any reason. In any event  Cabin  Studios liability shall be limited to the replacement cost of an unrecorded  media of comparable value. Cabin Studios liability with respect to downtime of  any and all studio sessions as a result from equipment malfunction or  availability, personnel, hired musicians, acts of nature or public utility  companies ,etc. shall be limited solely to the studio time of such booked  session and the client agree to hold Cabin Studios harmless from any and all  damages from such down time. Cabin Studios makes no warranties either  expressed or implied other than those contained herein. Cabin Studios shall not  be liable for unforeseen of consequential damage of any kind. If Cabin Studios  be unable to conduct a booked session for any reason, then Cabin Studios  warrants that it shall rebook such cancelled booking at another time that is  mutually available to Cabin Studios and the client.
